Meet Your Technician
Customers know exactly who's knocking — before the truck pulls up.
Before every visit, your customer gets the technician's profile: photo, name, credentials, and how long they've been with your company — plus an optional verification code the tech confirms at the door. No more "is this person really from your company?" calls.
What you get
01
Identity that holds up at the front door
The card shows the technician's photo, name, title, certifications, and tenure with your company — framed by your business name and the appointment details. The customer matches the face in the message to the person on the porch, and everything checks out before the door opens.
- Photo with automatic initials fallback
- Certifications and bio — you control what's shown
- "With your company since" tenure builds instant trust
02
A verification code impersonators can't fake
Turn on per-visit verification codes and every appointment gets a unique four-digit code shown only on the customer's tracking page and the technician's assignment. The customer asks for it at the door; only your tech knows it. It's the same mechanism utilities use — and it takes one toggle.
- Unique code per visit, generated automatically
- Visible to the tech right on their dispatch card
- Stays valid if the visit is rescheduled
03
Sent when it matters, on the channels you choose
Pick the moments: when the visit is booked, the day before as part of the reminder, or the moment the tech goes en route with live tracking. Each touchpoint has its own email and SMS switches, and if you swap technicians the new profile goes out automatically.
- Three touchpoints, each with email/SMS toggles
- Reassignment triggers a fresh introduction
- Every text is logged on the job's message thread
