Hatua assumes connectivity will fail. Check-ins, ticket updates, and time logs made offline queue on the device and replay automatically through background sync when the connection returns. The tech never re-enters anything.

One tap logs the arrival with GPS and a timestamp. Photos compress on the device before upload so they fly even on one bar, and signatures and contact names round out a record nobody can dispute.
