Integrations

Connect Hatua to accounting, payments, messaging, and more from Settings → Integrations. Some integrations are managed inline; others link out to where they are configured.

Available today

• QuickBooks Online — one-way export of clients, invoices, and payments via secure OAuth.
• Payments (Stripe) — card and ACH payments, deposits, and saved cards.
• Two-Way SMS — a dedicated business number with conversations threaded onto each ticket.
• Calendar feed — subscribe to scheduled work orders and assignments from your own calendar.

Marketplace

The in-app marketplace (Settings → Integrations) lists everything you can connect, grouped by category, and lets you request integrations that aren’t live yet. Categories include accounting, payments, messaging, photo/field tools, and PSA / RMM for IT and managed-service providers (Autotask, ConnectWise, NinjaOne, HaloPSA, Syncro, Atera). PSA / RMM connectors are on the roadmap and currently show as coming soon — use the Notify-me button to register interest.

Outgoing webhooks & Slack

Hatua can post events to Slack and to your own webhook endpoint (for example ticket.created, work_order.completed, and invoice.paid). Configuration lives in the admin area — see API & Webhooks.
